Calm Orders

Orders are fulfilled on a next-day basis, and take 4-7 days for delivery. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost. External factors such as holidays may cause delays. You will receive an email from us once your order is fulfilled, and once it is shipped.

US Shipping Rates

Standard 4-7 day shipping is $4.99, expedited 2-3 day shipping is $9.99. All orders over $38 receive free shipping, all subscriptions are also shipped for free. Orders containing merchandise will have a shipping fee determined by the item and delivery destination. 

Canadian & International Shipping

Shipping Calm to Canada and internationally markets is currently unavailable. Merchandise can be shipped internationally. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@psyched-wellness.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Money Back Guarantee

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If you do not see results within this period, you may send back the product for a full refund should you qualify. Return postage is at the expense of the customer. To qualify for a refund under our money back guarantee policy you must have used the product consistently as directed and provide a detailed account of your experience and why you believe you did not see results. Note that eligible results are limited to what is outlined in our product description. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@psyched-wellness.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
