Due to the nature of our product we cannot accept returns.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@psyched-wellness.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Our MoneyBack Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a MoneyBack Guarantee on orders made within 30 days. 

To qualify for a refund under this policy we ask that you use the product consistently as directed and share a detailed account of your experience, including why you feel you didn’t achieve the results outlined in our product description. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We understand that every experience is different, and we review each request on a case-by-case basis. While we’re happy to offer a refund as a gesture of goodwill, this policy is applicable to a single product and will not be applied to an entire order or past orders. 

Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for refunds to process.
