Returns & Refunds

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If you do not see results within this period, you may send back the product for a full refund should you qualify. Return postage is at the expense of the customer, we do not refund the initial shipping cost. To qualify for a refund under our money back guarantee policy you must have used the product consistently as directed and provide a detailed account of your experience and why you believe you did not see results. Note that eligible results are limited to what is outlined in our product description. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at to get started.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
